Key Responsibilities:
- Identify process improvements and develop effective solutions to optimize manufacturing operations

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- 5 years of experience in process improvement, project management, quality control, tool and die design, and implementing continuous improvements in a manufacturing environment
- Expertise in machining, casting, forging, and other manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in CAD and Microsoft Office
