The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for communication with families, providing administrative support, delivering exceptional customer service, performing basic accounting tasks, managing phone calls, and clerical tasks within the office.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of Accounting principles and proficiency with QuickBooks Accounting Software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Able to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and phone etiquette
- Clerical Skills
- Strong attention to detail
