Job Summary
Our company is a paving and concrete business. We service all of texas. We are looking to start a YouTube show based around our company's day to day activities. Not only does this involve filming our jobs and job sites, but also our office, team, and all of the fun stuff we have going on outside of work. We want this to be a reality show feel, and drop one episode every week. We plan to start recording in March 2025 for a few months to build up the first few episodes. Eventually, whoever is in this role could build a team around this show, as we plan for the show to grow and become very popular in central texas and around the country.
We have a 12 Acre ranch that is at the Salado airport where our company headquarters is at, in Salado, TX. This is where most of the show will be filmed, along with at various job sites, capturing all of the drama that comes along with a paving/construction business. We can provide any equipment needed for the job, but expect that whoever is hired will most likely have a nice camera of their own to start. Quality Editing capabilities are required.

Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality video footage for various projects, including promotional videos, events, and training materials.
- Edit raw footage into polished final products using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Premiere and After Effects, to enhance video quality and add effects.
- Conduct post-production tasks such as color correction, sound editing, and graphics integration using tools like Adobe Illustrator.
- Ensure all video content is aligned with brand guidelines and meets project deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in videography and editing techniques to continuously improve skills and output quality.
- Manage video assets and maintain an organized library of footage for future use.
Requirements
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, , and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator for graphics creation.
- Experience in photography to complement videography skills is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in post-production processes to deliver high-quality final products.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A portfolio showcasing previous videography and editing work is required for consideration.
