Job Description
As a member of our research and development team, you will conduct hands-on research and development, crafting new and improved food products both in a test kitchen and in a production setting.
You'll work side-by-side with Production and Quality Assurance teams, ensuring smooth new product rollouts while enhancing flavor, texture, color, and nutritional value.
You'll dive into competitive product analysis, refining formulas and optimizing processing, packaging, and distribution methods.
