ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Entry-Level Executive Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our leadership team running smoothly. You'll manage the President's calendar, coordinate travel, and ensure schedules stay on track. You'll also support direct-to-consumer orders and customer inquiries, assist with internal committees, and maintain corporate records. Expect to prepare reports, presentations, and documents while screening correspondence and calls to keep everything organized.
The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:
- Associate's degree
- 2 years of administrative experience, including document control and spreadsheets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applications
- Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently
