Work independently with little supervision and be resourceful in finding solutions to issues as they arise to meet deadlines.Thrive in a fast paced, changing environment with strong attention to detail for data entry, research, and problem-solving skills.Responsible for verifying internal fuel costs and sales price accuracy in accordance with vendor and customer contracts.Ensure accuracy of invoice details against system records prior to billing customers.Be adaptable to changes in the workflow process and prioritize multiple tasks at once.Responsible for reconciling the fuel and freight invoices.Collaborate with customers, carriers, and multiple departments within the company including accounts payable, dispatch, and sales to resolve customer service inquiries and special billing situations.Be a team-player and demonstrate willingness to perform tasks not directly associated with role, including backing-up coworkers, clerical tasks, and other duties as assigned.Be excited to learn and grow with the company.Ability to work stated shift.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
