What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at STAN Residential?
STAN Residential is looking to fill a Maintenance Technician role at one of our Indianapolis properties.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes work orders assigned to them in a timely manner based on priority
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy in a timely manner
- Maintaining property grounds
- Transfer drop ship appliance orders into units
- Preventative maintenance as assigned
- Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
Experience
· Minimum 3 years’ experience as a maintenance technician
Must be proficient in:
- HVAC repair
- Plumbing repair
- Appliance install and repair
- Apartment punch-out and turns
- Electric repair
Certifications/Licenses
· HVAC/Electric/Plumbing
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
