- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties effectively
- Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with General Manager to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service - Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and provide training opportunities
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hotel or restaurant management principles and practices
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
