We are looking for a Real Estate Specialist (RES) to facilitate real estate transactions related to order management, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless experience for partners and customers. This role requires expertise in interpreting, managing, negotiating, processing, and closing critical real estate deliverables while adhering to company policies and minimizing litigation risks. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to resolve real estate issues promptly and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Negotiation: Review and process order-related tasks within cycle time and forecast guidelines, negotiate required consents, and secure additional land if needed.
- Real Estate Documentation & Data Integrity: Interpret and verify real estate documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical site and lease data.
- Project Management & Execution: Manage large-scale projects with varying complexity, providing timely updates, forecasts, and action-oriented notes to stakeholders.
- Risk Mitigation & Compliance: Address issues proactively to minimize risk exposure, uphold contractual commitments, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Landlord Relations & Issue Resolution: Communicate with property owners to resolve lease-related concerns while fostering strong relationships.
- Legal & Financial Oversight: Work with legal teams to resolve landlord claims, review financial impacts, and oversee vendor partners to ensure timely and compliant transactions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Urban Planning, or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of real estate experience.
- Wireless industry experience preferred but not required.
- Zoning and permitting experience preferred but not required.
- Strong ability to comprehend and interpret contracts and agreements.
- Proficiency in reading and translating land surveys, construction drawings, and legal documents.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong collaboration skills to build partnerships and align with company values.
- Capability to train and mentor peers on processes.
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $32 - $42 /per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
