We are seeking an experienced Strategic Program Manager & Change Management Lead to drive enterprise-wide initiatives, support technology-driven transformation, and lead organizational change efforts. This role will focus on change management strategy, stakeholder engagement, and business process transformation, ensuring the successful implementation of new systems, governance structures, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management frameworks, strategic program management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize disruption.
- Conduct change impact analyses to assess people, process, and technology changes.
- Assess organizational readiness and identify risks with proactive mitigation strategies.
- Develop and execute communication plans tailored for different stakeholder groups.
- Provide executive-level updates and recommendations on change adoption progress.
- Design and facilitate training programs, workshops, and job aids to support end-user adoption.
- Ensure training materials are aligned with user needs for smooth transitions to new systems and workflows.
- Ensure change efforts align with governance structures and business processes.
- Assist in refining policies and workflows impacted by new technology implementations.
- Lead cross-functional program management efforts for high-priority enterprise initiatives.
- Work with HR, divisional leadership, and technology teams to define and document key organizational processes.
- Support enterprise-wide efforts related to onboarding, process standardization, and operational improvements.
- Develop and maintain business cases, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
- Provide insights on CRM, ERP, ITSM platforms, and cloud-based applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Facilitate cross-divisional collaboration, ensuring operational and administrative alignment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) and organizational readiness strategies.
- Proven ability to drive end-user adoption and business process transformation.
- Strong experience in stakeholder communication, executive engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Deep understanding of business application rollouts, including CRM, ERP, and ITSM platforms.
- Experience developing training programs, user guides, and adoption metrics.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in project governance, risk management, and business case development.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Extensive experience applying change management principles to technology and business process transformation.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with IT service management (ITSM) is a plus.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and drive initiatives forward.
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $85 - $95 /per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
