Technical Project Manager

STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India.

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and manage two project teams - the Technical and Data teams - during the implementation of a new enterprise licensing system. This role requires someone with significant experience in IT project management and expertise in implementing licensing systems, data conversion, and other related technical areas. The Technical Project Manager will ensure successful project execution by coordinating tasks, managing timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience with Clariti is a plus, but experience with other licensing and permitting software is also highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Technical and Data teams to ensure the successful implementation of the licensing system.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet project objectives.
• Oversee data conversion processes, ensuring accuracy and security during migration.
• Coordinate with technical teams to address system integration, interface requirements, and platform compatibility.
• Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT project management, specifically with technical implementations.
• Familiarity or expertise in licensing systems, data conversion, and system integrations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Clariti or other licensing and permitting software solutions.
• Previous experience managing large-scale enterprise system implementations.
• PMP certification or other relevant project management credentials.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $115 - $125/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
