What are the responsibilities and job description for the Network Operations Specialist III position at Stand 8?
STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta and more, including internationally in Mexico, India and Japan.
We are seeking a dedicated Records Specialist III to ensure the compliance, integrity, and readiness of Small Cell assets, including hubs, nodes, equipment information, pole information, and geographic location data. This role involves implementing and maintaining asset data quality and monitoring proposed changes to assets. The Records Specialist III will work with the Network Records Systems (NRS), utilizing connectivity software, GIS mapping, and reporting tools, and will collaborate with engineering, construction teams, and other departments to maintain data accuracy and support company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage NRS data and its relationships to internal platforms, contracts, and financial data for accurate reporting and interpretation.
- Assess asset relationships between new sales proposals and existing infrastructure to ensure compliance with customer contract terms.
- Perform quality checks on data to maintain asset integrity and resolve conflicts.
- Provide technical support to user groups including Engineering, Field Teams, NOC, and Change Management.
- Lead special projects involving customer requests, data reconciliation, and system integrations.
- Review Small Cell construction engineering drawings to update and maintain accurate asset databases.
- Enter and manipulate data in Geographic Information System (GIS) applications related to telecommunications systems.
- Collaborate with RF engineers and field operations to ensure data integrity, resolve conflicts, and certify information.
- Coordinate solutions in compliance with asset policies, standards, and procedures.
- Respond to tickets and work orders promptly, ensuring accurate data and providing maps and information as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

The base range for this contract position is $30 - $40 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
