STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta and more, including internationally in Mexico, India and Japan.
We are seeking an experienced Cloud Cybersecurity Project Manager III to lead a complex cloud cybersecurity project. This role requires advanced project management expertise, extensive experience with web information systems and controls, and the ability to independently handle complex IT tasks when resources are limited. The Project Manager will oversee a team, including an Application/Software Developer and two Network Security Analysts, while managing project timelines, budgets, and scope to ensure successful delivery.
Responsibilities
- Leading the implementation of a complex Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and vulnerability management solution.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources using enterprise portfolio project management software.
- Collaborating with Managed Services vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, under budget, and within scope.
- Addressing resource gaps by independently performing IT tasks when needed.
- Supervising up to three staff augmentation contractors, including two Network Security Analysts and one Application/Software Developer or Cloud Security Analyst.
Qualifications
- 10 Years: Advanced security project management experience, including complex DLP and web information systems.
- 8 Years: Experience managing large-scale cybersecurity projects and staff augmentation contractors.
- 8 Years: Proficiency with enterprise project portfolio management tools and vendor coordination.
- Project Portfolio Management (PPM) certification required.
Preferred
- 8 Years: Experience designing, building, and securing web information systems using SaaS vulnerability management and DLP applications.
- 5 Years: Ability to manage IT tasks independently when resources are limited.
- 3 Years: Experience working with HHSC Security or Network Engineers.
Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $71 - $81/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
