What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Product/Systems Analyst position at Stand 8?

We are seeking a Senior Product / Systems Analyst to coordinate and lead organizational analysis efforts, identify current capabilities, offer opportunities for improvement, and drive the measurement, prioritization, and implementation of identified opportunities. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners on strategy, delivery of product roadmaps, and cutting-edge technology solutions aimed at improving the mortgage loan process for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead organizational analysis efforts to identify current capabilities, opportunities for improvement, and drive the measurement, prioritization, and implementation of identified opportunities.
- Coordinate with system developers and business subject matter experts on application changes, development, and deployment.
- Gather business requirements that affect technology systems and engage with technology partners to develop solutions through the technology change process.
- Write, communicate, and vet requirements and user stories with business leaders using different approaches such as use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state charts, data dictionaries, class or entity relationship diagrams to ensure complete understanding by business leaders / executives while working within an Agile framework.
- Identify and manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement projects by understanding key stakeholders' authority and influence within business processes.
- Work effectively inside a Scrum or Kanban team.
- Document acceptance criteria and participate in backlog grooming sessions for ongoing roadmap planning.
- Conduct and participate in Scrum ceremonies and retrospectives.
- Create and maintain system and user documentation.
- Coordinate and conduct testing and user training.
- Provide regular verbal and written reports to management.
- Create workflow diagrams and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Tech Leads and UAT to define when user stories are considered "done."
- Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams to implement projects.
- Coordinate risk assessments and use their outputs to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Assist the Product Owner in strategy and planning on how best to deliver the product roadmap.
- Plan, develop, oversee, execute, and certify changes by establishing rigorous test plans through design and implementation phases, ensuring test results align with finalized requirements.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

The base range for this contract position is $40 - $50 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
