What are the responsibilities and job description for the Services Coordinator position at Stand 8?
STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta and more, including internationally in Mexico, India and Japan.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to maintain and grow our customer relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue retention, and sales enablement. In this role, you will act as the primary contact post-installation, working closely with both the customer and internal teams to deliver seamless service and support. You will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, protecting revenue, and facilitating future growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers and account teams.
- Take responsibility for revenue protection and churn management for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team and customers to identify immediate service needs and long-term network planning opportunities.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews and pre / post-sales customer meetings to communicate support structure.
- Serve as the primary post-installation contact and liaison between the customer and Fiber's internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate service.
- Manage account billing, inventory, trouble tickets, SLAs, and credit inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to address service-related issues.
- Provide customized reports, scorecards, and performance metrics during business review meetings with customers.
- Onboard customers to the Fiber Business Portal.
- Ensure timely order processing and delivery, meeting customer expectations.
- Prepare and deliver responses to RFP / RFQ for monthly recurring revenue.
- Lead renewal negotiations to maintain customer relationships and secure future business.

The base range for this contract position is $10 - $20 / per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
