We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Change Management Associate to support our organization's transformative initiatives. In this role, you will drive the adoption of new processes and digital technologies by enabling teams to successfully transition to new ways of working. You will work closely with product management, engineering, data and analytics teams, and project managers to ensure a seamless change journey for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams and projects involving complex business transformations with multiple interdependent change initiatives.
- Develop and implement actionable deliverables, including communications plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, training plans, and resistance management plans.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand teammates' needs, capabilities, and future state requirements (e.g., impact assessments).
- Create change management roadmaps and determine effective interventions to promote change.
- Develop and manage stakeholder engagement, communications, and training initiatives.
- Use change analytics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change strategies and adoption rates.
- Collaborate with data and digital teams to integrate change plans into the product development lifecycle.
- Support project teams in building internal capabilities to scale change management strategies across projects.
- Contribute to the development of training programs, including requirements, design, and delivery.

The base range for this contract position is $35 - $45 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
