Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and execute multiple high-impact programs within the Corporate Business Solutions team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, organizational, and technical expertise to manage complex projects, optimize workflows, and drive successful technology rollouts. The ideal candidate will have experience in media broadcasting, AI integration, Agile methodologies, and cloud/virtualization initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Program Planning & Execution: Create and manage program charters, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and financial cost/benefit models.


• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with executives and stakeholders, document requirements/scope, manage dependencies, and host program kick-offs.


• Program Management: Oversee multiple programs, ensuring objectives and deliverables are met on time and within scope.


• Risk & Change Management: Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources.


• Status Reporting & Communication: Provide program-level updates, facilitate regular status meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-ups.


• Cross-Functional Leadership: Build strong partnerships to mobilize teams and influence key stakeholders, both internal and external.


• Program Intake & Prioritization: Facilitate program intake discussions, prioritize initiatives, and gather high-level requirements.


• Process Improvement: Contribute to best practices, documentation, and standardization efforts for the Program Management team.

Qualifications

• AI Integration Readiness: Standardize reports, data, and workflows to facilitate AI implementation.


• Media & Broadcast Expertise: Manage projects in a broadcasting environment, ensuring industry-specific requirements are met.


• Agile & Scrum Leadership: Oversee Scrum processes, backlog grooming, and requirement gathering.


• Technical Team Management: Collaborate with engineering teams, manage development timelines, and coordinate Go/No-Go decisions.


• Program & Change Management: Develop and execute project charters, manage timelines, and ensure seamless technology rollouts.


• Launch Planning & Execution: Lead project launches, coordinate with stakeholders, and manage smooth transitions.


• Cloud & Virtualization Projects (Preferred): Experience with cloud migrations and virtualization initiatives is a plus.


• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in a media broadcasting environment.


• Strong background in Agile, Scrum methodologies, and backlog grooming.


• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive deliverables.


• Experience with cloud migration and virtualization projects is a plus.


• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $80 - $90/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
