Key Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting transactions ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Reconcile subledger to general ledger account balances and manage monthly balance sheet and income statement analysis.
- Prepare and publish timely financial statements including budget variance analysis and changes in financial position.
- Assess internal controls conduct risk assessments and review risk areas.
- Handle monthly quarterly and annual closings while ensuring compliance with deadlines.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable while ensuring timely bank payments.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns in accordance with regulations.
- Manage balance sheets profit / loss statements and report on the companys financial health and liquidity.
- Audit financial transactions ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups as needed.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies procedures and regulations.
