Pay Rate : $15.75 / hr (Includes Shift Differential)
Shift : 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday, 3 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM (Overtime as Needed)

Position Overview
We are seeking a Bagger Operator to join our production team in Owasso, OK. This role is responsible for operating and adjusting bagging machinery , ensuring that cooked products are properly sealed, date-stamped, and meet all quality standards before being boxed. The ideal candidate will have experience in machine operation, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced food processing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently operate, calibrate, and adjust bagging machines based on product specifications.
- Set up bagging machines at the start of each shift, making necessary adjustments for different product sizes.
- Inspect unsealed bags to prevent contamination and ensure food safety compliance.
- Conduct regular seal integrity checks by firmly testing bag seals at least twice per hour.
- Verify that the correct film and materials are used according to company standards.
- Calibrate and clean scale buckets to ensure accurate weight measurements.
- Monitor and adjust bag weights using a touch screen monitor to maintain proper specifications.
- Ensure that "Best By" dates and product stamps are printed clearly and correctly.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bagging machinery, coordinating with the maintenance team as needed.
- Notify the supervisor or maintenance personnel immediately regarding any deviations or mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety and quality regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
