Job Position: Bilingual Receptionist Front Desk

  • Location: Miami, OK 74354
    Pay Rate: $15/hr
    Shift: Working hours are determined by management to meet business needs, which may include weekends and holidays.

Position Summary:

The Receptionist Front Desk is responsible for performing clerical tasks to support daily office operations. Key duties include answering and transferring phone calls, sorting and delivering mail, and greeting visitors upon arrival for meetings or staff appointments. This role ensures the reception area is welcoming and professional while supporting administrative functions across the organization.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Welcome visitors by greeting, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail.
  • Process petty cash transactions accurately.
  • Provide administrative support across the organization.
  • Manage correspondence and redirect phone calls as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, brochures).
  • Ensure office security by controlling access, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Accurately process truck operating receipts.
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Assist with HR-related duties as requested.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safe handling of equipment and tools.
  • Follow Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for food processing.
  • Complete daily logs and reports with accuracy.
  • Perform other related duties as requested by management.

  • Maintain regular communication with personnel across the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workflow effectively.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and creativity.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and results-oriented.

Communication Skills:

The successful candidate will:

  • Be articulate and able to relate to people at all organizational levels.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management.

Physical Demands and Working Environment:

  • Work indoors and outdoors, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
  • Use safety equipment to avoid exposure to chemicals, noise, and temperature extremes.
  • Perform frequent bending, standing, kneeling, climbing ladders, and reaching.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques.
  • Perform tasks requiring wrist, hand, and finger dexterity.
