About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Brick Packing and Palletizing Specialist to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure bricks are stacked and secured for safe transport while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately arrange and stack bricks on pallets.
- Safely move pallets using pallet jacks or forklifts and secure loads for transport.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Promptly report any defects or quality issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines.
- Inspect and maintain packing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Record packed products accurately and assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and production teams to meet deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a warehouse or production environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with pallet jacks and forklifts (certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
- Willingness to wear PPE, including gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.
