Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM (some Saturdays)

Job Description
This position involves working in an environment with overhead cranes, forklifts, trucks, power equipment, automated machinery, and other potentially hazardous processes, making it a SAFETY SENSITIVE role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Blast structures and equipment according to company and customer specifications.
- Consistently meet productivity requirements.
- Ensure workmanship adheres to company quality standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records as required.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Operate overhead cranes and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and ensure equipment is in proper working order at the start and end of each shift.
- Immediately report any equipment or product defects to your supervisor.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of blasting experience.
- Knowledge of proper air and sand mixture to maximize abrasive efficiency.
- Proficiency with blast equipment, including air hoods, filter cartridges, and remote Deadman switches.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to provide leadership and contribute to the timely and efficient completion of projects.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality workmanship and adhering to safety standards.
