Position Overview
A metal fabrication manufacturer in East Tulsa is seeking a highenergy employeefocused HR Assistant to join their team. This handson role focuses on employee relations fundamental HR processes and various HRrelated duties as assigned.
Job Description
Provide daily customer servicestyle interaction with all employees.
Guide applicants through the directhire process.
Coordinate interviews for potential hourly candidates with managers and supervisors.
Perform data entry including W4 changes direct deposit changes and payroll deductions.
Handle monthly reporting requirements.
Ensure all temporary employees are entered into the system and update employment statuses as needed.
Conduct communication meetings in a manufacturing environment.
Assure compliance with all division and corporate policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
Excellent attention to detail is essential.
Strong communication skills required.
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly strong Excel skills.
Ability to maintain employee confidentiality is required.
