Summary :
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for performing inspections checks tests and sampling procedures for incoming and outgoing materials parts and finished precast concrete.
Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct and document process and system audits using written procedures as audit standards.
- Accurately document inspection and testing results.
- Verify embedded items are correctly located; report and document any discrepancies.
- Coordinate the calibration of all test equipment and fixtures.
- Perform all fresh and hardened concrete tests.
- Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions irregularities and continuing needs.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures rules and regulations.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements :
Basic computer skills required.
