Job Title: Quality Control Inspector
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Location: Broken Arrow, OK
Pay: $18.25–$20.30 per hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (subject to change based on business needs and weather)

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform inspections, tests, and sampling procedures for incoming and outgoing materials, parts, and finished precast concrete products. This role plays a key part in ensuring quality and compliance standards are met throughout the production process.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct and document process and system audits using established procedures.

• Accurately record inspection and testing results.

• Verify correct placement of embedded items and report/document any discrepancies.

• Coordinate the calibration of testing equipment and fixtures.

• Perform fresh and hardened concrete tests.

• Maintain workflow continuity by documenting and communicating irregularities and requirements.

• Adhere to safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

• Support team productivity by completing related tasks as needed.

Required Knowledge & Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Basic computer proficiency.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to apply mathematical reasoning to testing and analysis tasks.

• Ability to interpret blueprints and use a tape measure accurately.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work outdoors in a construction environment.

• Capable of lifting, bending, climbing, stretching, twisting, and reaching.

• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions (heat and cold).

• Ability to exert muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to stand for 8–12 hour shifts.

• Willingness to work overtime and mandatory Saturdays as needed.

• Must be comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
