Compensation: $70K – $80K per year Incentive-Based Bonuses
About the Role:
As a Operations Manager at Stand Strong Fencing, you will play a crucial role in leading the company’s daily operations and business development efforts. You will oversee procurement, production, and administrative functions while driving strategic growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires expertise in business management, financial analysis, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Stand Strong Fencing professionally in all business activities
- Build and maintain relationships through community involvement and networking
- Develop expertise in fencing products, technical knowledge, and industry trends
- Analyze market data to identify new business and marketing opportunities
- Oversee daily business operations, including:
- Material and subcontractor procurement
- Project installations and production management
- Office and administrative functions
- Maintain and manage inventory levels
- Develop and implement growth strategies to improve revenue and profitability
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and business performance metrics
- Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with maintenance requirements
- Lead and support the training and development of managers and staff
- Evaluate employee performance and productivity
- Ensure exceptional customer service and address client inquiries professionally
- Maintain accurate records, HR documents, and operational data
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Owner
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership and management experience in a service/installation-based industry
- 5 years of experience in a management role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (or equivalent experience preferred)
- Strong sales and business development skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial statements, and operational management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead, mentor, and build a high-performing team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G Suite, QuickBooks, and CRM software
- A valid driver’s license
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, and lift up to 100 lbs.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to drive a motor vehicle for extended periods
