What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at Standard Chartered?
Executive Assistant is responsible for efficiently and effectively completing all administration management and providing full Executive Assistant services to the Global Head, Fund Finance and the wider Global Banking team, delivering a consistently high level of support and service to benefit key stakeholders, both externally and internally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Calendar and meeting management for Global Head Fund Finance
- Provide administrative support to the wider Global Banking team
- On-boarding of new joiners / transfer and Off-boarding of leavers
- Tracking of eLearning, Block Leave
- Coordinating with Accounts Payable, Global Sourcing, IT, to ensure smooth running of the processes.
- Disseminate policies, procedure and relevant communication to the Global Banking Team and County COO team.
- Perform general administrative tasks and handle ad hoc requests.
- Vetting and adding new vendors to the vendor management system.
- Processing invoices and assuring that they are paid in a timely manner.
- Book travel through bank approved vendor as per policy and procedures
- Process Expenses for the team members in a timely fashion as per policy and procedure
- Maintain records for expenses.

Expected annual base pay range for the role is 86,000 USD to 118,000 USD. The final offer will be determined on an individualised basis using a number of variables, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience and education, internal relativity, and specific work location. At Standard Chartered Bank, Base pay is only part of the total compensation package.
