Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage apartment community team
- Lease apartments
- Ensure that all team members perform their jobs
- Inspect and direct maintenance staff to ensure grounds, common areas and unit turns are up to high standards
- Schedule unit turns, staff and contractors
- Manage rent collection and delinquencies
- Awareness of safety issues and administer corrective measures
- Oversee building operations
- Process invoices
- Maintain employees' files and records
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of property management experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong leasing skills
- Detail oriented
- Valid Driver's license
