What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Maintenance Technician position at Standard Construction?
We are looking for a maintenance technician to join our team at our apartment community in Lafayette Park.
Responsibilities:
- Complete resident work orders.
- Complete full vacant apartment turnovers and ensure they are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Repair or replace locks, disposals, faucets.
- Light drywall repair, caulking and carpentry
- Light plumbing and electrical.
- Troubleshoot and Maintain HVAC Systems.
- Maintain grounds and curb appeal.
- Assist with snow removal.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Apartment Maintenance including light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, minor drywall repair, caulking and carpentry.
- Boiler experience
- Two years experience in relevant maintenance field.
- Ability to support and contribute to the team.
- Positive attitude.
- Professional.
- Pool experience preferred.
- Must have a valid Driver's License
