About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in our Milwaukee, WI location. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base, while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our sales team to identify and qualify prospects, and develop and implement strategies to achieve sales growth. Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to build strong relationships with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and meet or exceed sales targets.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license and personal transportation required
- 10 years of experience in sales or account management
- Strongly self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
- Experience in the electrical industry
- Experience with solution selling and sales process
- Experience with business development and account management
- Experience with customer relationship management systems
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and grow our customer base by identifying and qualifying prospects, and developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales growth
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales plans and strategies
- Utilize customer relationship management systems to track customer interactions and sales activities
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively managing your sales pipeline and closing deals
