We're seeking an energetic and motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. Essential qualities include reliability, a positive outlook, and strong teamwork skills. Proficiency with the Dealertrack DMS system is a definite plus.

Our ideal candidate possesses the following attributes :

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
Proactive, analytical, and well-organized
Familiarity with basic accounting principles

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to :

Posting new and pre-owned car deals in accounting

Ensuring completeness and compliance of all deal paperwork

Processing trade-in payoff checks and bank correspondence

Balancing accounting postings with Sales and Finance data

Verifying contract funding and ensuring accuracy of applications

Reviewing and reconciling accounting schedules

Handling aftermarket product submissions and cancellations

Managing dealer trades and wholesale paperwork

Staying informed on State and DMV regulations

Maintaining a professional appearance and workspace

Providing support to management

Qualifications :

Availability for full-time work and at least 18 years of age

Positive, collaborative attitude

Ability to make sound business decisions and analyze situations effectively

Strong honesty, empathy, and communication skills

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Self-motivation and enthusiasm for teamwork

Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills

Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

Successful completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening

Physical Demands :

Candidates must be able to :

Sit and / or stand for extended periods

Use hands, fingers, and arms frequently

Bend, crouch, crawl, stoop, and kneel as needed

Lift and carry items weighing over 50 pounds
