Located in our Canton, OH facility and reporting to the Warehouse Manager, our Warehouse Support /Tooling position will assist with duties related to the warehouse with a focus on the tooling position and job responsibilities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize tools, materials and equipment in the warehouse
- Clean up, repair and prep tools returned from jobs to send out to upcoming jobs
- Prepare gang boxes with tools and materials to send out to job sites
- Ensure job trailers are road ready and prepped to send out to job sites
- Track scissor lifts and other equipment as required
- Coordinate servicing of scissor lifts
- Track all connex's
- Coordinate connex delivery and pick up
- Conduct vehicle inspections
- Coordinate vehicle servicing
- Purchase construction vehicle and trailer registrations
- Pickup and delivery of parts, equipment and material to job sites as required
- Maintain orderly tooling area
- Assist with maintaining orderly warehouse
- Participate in annual physical inventory
- Assist with company safety initiatives and inspections
- Use of company ERP system (COINS) for POs, etc.
- Assist with warehouse functions as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience/Competencies:
- Knowledge of industry tools, equipment, materials - required
- Ability to interact with employees at all levels
- Ability to understand job needs and requirements
- Ability to learn and navigate company ERP system
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse environment
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to interact as a team or function independently as needed
