Outside Sales Representative

Standard Plumbing Supply is a leading supplier of high-quality plumbing products serving contractors, builders, and industrial clients. With a reputation built on trust, expertise, and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Job Summary:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing client relationships, and increasing sales of our plumbing supply products in a defined territory. You’ll work closely with contractors, plumbers, and purchasing agents to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory
• Conduct in-person client visits, presentations, and product demos
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends

Qualifications:

• 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in plumbing or construction supply
• Knowledge of plumbing products and systems a strong plus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with strong time-management abilities
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Compensation Package:

• Commission pay
• Uncapped commission

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends

Ability to Commute:

• Salem, OR 97301 (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Salem, OR 97301: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
