- POSITION OVERVIEW
This position will call on and work with Engineering firms across N Texas
- GOALS
- Increase percentage of bids received specifying Bartos products. (Basis of Design) through effective engagement with Building Owners and Consulting Engineers.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer / Market Engagement
- Establish and strengthen relationships with Owners and Consulting Engineering firms to develop an outstanding working relationship of trust and technical competence.
- Interface with Estimating and Commercial, Industrial and Control Sales engineers to coordinate project opportunities.
- Coordinate with Manufacturer Rep partners to inform / educate engineers on products and services through joint sales calls, lunch & learns and factory trips.

- QUALIFICATIONS
The Engineering Salesperson will be a strong influencer with a high sense of urgency. More specifically, the candidate will possess the following skills and experiences:
- Minimum of 3 years of commercial HVAC experience in engineering, contracting, or HVAC product sales.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, or Industrial engineering preferred.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to professionally work with and manage strong and diverse personalities.
- Effective sales & prospecting skills
- High Emotional IQ - Relationship building skills.
