We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Recruiter to oversee the entire hiring process, from identifying staffing needs to finalizing successful hires. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in creating and promoting advertisements, conducting interviews and exploring new channels for sourcing potential candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Locate qualified, potential applicants using databases or online job posting boards.
· Communicate with potential applicants by phone, email, or in person.
· Create job postings that are articulate, professional, and attention-grabbing to attract the right candidates, posting these ads on various online and offline resources.
· Apply principles of behavioral interviewing to access the qualifications of candidates for various positions within the organization.
· Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events.
· Serve as the liaison between the company and the candidates by handling phone calls, questions, and other details before and after interviews as needed.
· Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies to meet overall recruiting goals for future growth.
· Conduct frequent and consistent follow-ups with Hiring Managers.

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Two years of significant recruiting experience for a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm.
· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media applications.
· Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns.
· A professional, courteous demeanor on the phone and in-person.
· Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships.
· Availability to travel within the United States to attend job fairs and networking events.
· Ability to work under pressure and prioritize in a demanding, challenging environment with strict deadlines.
· Ability to manage confidential information.
· Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel knowledge required.
