The Interiors Group Program Manager is primarily responsible for managing projects associated with brand programs, including partner distributors. This includes daily functions associated with project management, including competitive analysis, recommendations for product line enhancements, initiating tradeshow/meeting/training coordination, coordination of bid responses and bid samples. The Interiors Group Program Manager is responsible for assisting with delegation, prioritization, and escalations from Program Specialist team members.
Key Responsibilities include:
Receive and coordinate RFQs or bids, communicating with internal departments, sales team, and sales management.
Create project plans to ensure timely and consistent communication.
Recognize market and consumer trends to help formulate new product ideas.
Provide data and insight regarding the status of stocked and non-stocked inventory levels to assist with sales forecasting and business development.
Develop quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
Provide client and brand leader support for national accounts.
Maintain program prices lists.
Initiate non-stock or customer product requests with Product Management.
Lead the roll-out and implementation of new programs.
Provide competitive analysis database inputs to Product Management.
Maintain Salesforce database to reflect important account related details, communications, and activities through Salesforce.
Receive and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
Support the daily operations of the Program team, including acting as the first line of escalation.
Provide direction and guidance to Program Specialists for incoming RFPs, Bids, and Brand related requests.
Monitor workload and assist with prioritization of projects.
Provide weekly updates on project status including successes, failures, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications include:
Bachelor’s Degree Preferred and/or 3-5 years sales, marketing, product, or project management experience.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and enthusiastic about new ideas
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
