Job Title: Avionics Technician II
Shift: Weekends (3 12's Fri-Sun 6a-6:30p)

We are seeking an experienced Avionics Technician II to work on avionics systems modifications and maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adjust, repair or replace malfunctioning components or assemblies using hand tools and soldering irons.
- Assemble components such as switches, electrical controls, and junction boxes using hand tools and soldering irons.
- Connect components to assemblies such as radio systems, instruments, inverters using hand tools and soldering irons.
- Install electrical and electronic components, assembles and systems in aircraft.
- Interpret flight test data to diagnose malfunctions and systemic performance problems.
- Lay out installation of aircraft assembling and systems following documentation; blueprints, manuals, wiring diagrams.
- Test and troubleshoot instruments, components and assembling using circuit testers, oscilloscopes, voltmeters.
- Assemble prototypes or models of circuits, instruments and systems to be used for testing.
- Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.
- Set up and operate ground support and test equipment to perform functional flight tests of electrical and electronic systems.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Gulfstream aircraft avionics or corporate jet avionics experience is preferred.
- Experience with avionics electrical and mechanical design tools is necessary.
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and organizational skills are essential.
- The ability to effectively communicate both written and orally is crucial.

Salary: $30-40 per hour based on experience.
