As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you’ll have responsibility in ensuring incoming materials are routed properly and our finished product is sent back to our customers in a timely manner.

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you’ll have responsibility in ensuring incoming materials are routed properly and our finished product is sent back to our customers in a timely manner.
What You’ll Do
- Receiving and shipping of parts and materials in the system
- Check for damage and create a damage report
- Open and unpack boxes
- Verify customer’s paperwork and raise a discrepancy if not accurate
- Deliver parts and materials to the appropriate area
- Once parts have been repaired, move them back to shipping/receiving.
- Verify part numbers and create initial shipping paperwork
- Use best practices to pack materials for shipment back to customer
- Work with the StandardAero Customer Service team to understand shipping instructions and create labels
- Finalize shipment
- Keep track of inventory of shipping supplies
- Local deliveries within Miami Dade and Broward Counties
- Communicate with government officials regarding export compliance (AS Filings)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for approximately 25% of the average work day.
- Previous warehouse experience in logistics, inventory, stockroom or shipping/receiving
- Experience with FedEx Ship Manager, UPS OneWorld, DHL, or similar systems
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office
- Knowledge using an Email client like Outlook
- Experience driving a forklift
- Well organized with attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to think outside the box when solving problems
- Knowledge completing AS Filings
