We are seeking a highly experienced Manufacturing Excellence Leader to join our team at Standex Engineering Technologies Group (ETG). This individual will be responsible for driving quality excellence across all manufacturing processes and leading cross-functional teams to achieve this goal.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining AS9100D and ISO9001:2015 Quality Management Systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience working with Nadcap and heat treat processes is desired but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive quality excellence across all manufacturing processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals.
- Analyze quality trend data and provide recommendations for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with Quality Manager and Operations Manager to implement changes and monitor progress.
