Position Profile: Standley Systems’ Client Billing Specialist will be responsible for reviewing incoming sales paperwork, processing new sales orders, managing sales in Sales Scorekeeper, invoicing sales orders, sending agreements off to complete funding, and completing the contract final billing and set up. This position will report directly to the Contracts Team Lead.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain superior attendance and punctuality for yourself during normal business hours
- Receive and verify all new Imaging sales paperwork for your assigned territory
- Manages sales in Sales Scorekeeper
- Build new shell contracts
- Track and complete sale once install is complete for your assigned territory
- Complete Contract Setup
- Addition or removal of machines to/from contract
- Final billing on machines that have been picked up
- Restocking
- Processing all equipment that has been moved
- Monitor and track machines installed as loaner or demo
- Process service exchanges
- Lease turned rentals for your assigned territory
- Special Billing for your assigned territory
- Answer questions regarding contracts and/or contract invoices
- Provide copies of contracts as requested by clients and/or Sales
- Assist Sales with Lease and/or Contract questions (not limited to, but including)
- Lease buyouts
- Co-term lease rates
- Average monthly volume of machines
- Weekly contract cancellation report
- Pull pick up list and change contract bill group to final
- Cover other roles as needed

Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
Experience:
Accounting experience (preferred)
Education:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree and/or related work experience

- Must be able to pass drug and alcohol screen. Standley Systems has federal contracts that require compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988, therefore medical marijuana license-holders who test positive for marijuana will not be qualified for the position.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Light lifting might be required
