Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized files and records using Google Suite.
- Handle calendar management for appointments and meetings.
- Provide support as a personal assistant when needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Assist with office management duties, including inventory tracking and supply ordering.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service experiences.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous but not required.
