BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of a program administrator, specialize in recruiting and enrolling children and families within the full range of subsidized child care and development program options. Build/strengthen enrollment collaborations with the goal to serve the entire family and performs other related duties as required.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in child/human development, sociology, social services or related field. One year of experience in child/human development, social services or a related field. LICENSE & OTHER REQUIRMENTS: Bilingual preferred English/Spanish Valid California driver's license. If assigned to Head Start/Early Head Start, employee must complete agency sponsored family development certification within 18 months of hire or provide documentation of similar certification in social work, human services, family services counseling or a related field.
