Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, strategic HR leader to support our growing workforce. This position is responsible for providing HR leadership and expertise across North America to support Stanley’s mission, vision, values, and strategic and operational plans. In partnership with leadership teams, this role will play a meaningful role in hiring, developing, and the assessment of talent. The role is also responsible for delivery and coaching in the areas of feedback, team effectiveness, performance management and compensation. The role is responsible for consolidating data and insights across client groups to drive actions that enable business and employee growth. The North America HRBP Director reports into the Global HRBP leader and has HRBP direct reports.

What You’ll Do
- Operate as owner across various People programs, working across regional HRBP teams and partners (People Experience, Talent Acquisition). Access program effectiveness, adoption, and enhancements.
- Build relationships and trust with senior leaders across the organization. Act as a coach, consultant and thought partner.
- Deliver effective HR initiatives that align with best practices and have measurable impact.
- Leverage data analytics, trends, HR and business metrics to develop, implement and evolve HR strategies.
- Lead and coach the North America HRBP team.
- Support organizational design changes, change initiatives and organizational succession planning execution.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal changes Ensure effective reporting and analysis of HR data to enable the business to make key operational and strategic decisions.
- Create an environment of continuous improvement in HR and within the business by establishing new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field preferred; MBA a plus.
- 15 years of practical and relevant HR experience in global settings, with at least 5 years of leadership/management.
- 10 years of successful human resources business partnership at an executive level.
- Demonstrable track record to think and act strategically while demonstrating strong execution. Can think holistically and strategically, while investigating to understand root cause.
- Track record of leading large, enterprise-wide change initiatives to address business goals and strategies with clear quantifiable results
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with a variety of collaborators; Builds trust and influences.
- Experience designing and delivering global people initiatives across a matrixed, global organization.
Salary Range
