Entry level roof inspector

Job Title: Entry-Level Roof InspectorJob Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Roof Inspector to join our growing team. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to earn competitive commissions while gaining valuable experience in the roofing and construction industry. No prior roofing experience is required, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections of residential and commercial roofs to assess their condition and identify potential issues.
• Document inspection findings with detailed photos and reports.
• Communicate inspection results to clients and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate estimates and close sales.
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• No prior roofing experience required; training will be provided.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with heights and the physical demands of roof inspections.
• Basic knowledge of tools and construction is a plus but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Work Schedule:

• 30 to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule based on workload and appointments.

Compensation:

• Salary based on Sales: Earn 8% to 10% commission on sales generated from each project.
