Technical/Functional Skills
iLab, Samplemanager LIMS, Empower, TIAMO, SDMA, eWorkbook, GxP, LabVantage .
Experience Required
1. Lab Application L2 Level Support experience, LabVantage LIMS
2. Experience in supporting GxP Lab application in Pharma/Process industry
3. L2 debugging skills in (SQL, .Net, Server, network (basic))
4. Experience in coordinating issues with L3 and other support vendor teams
5. Incident Management,Problem Management,ITIL,
6. GMP Understanding
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Investigate the L2 issues received from end user
2. Update the incident in the incident management tool, keep the end user updated about the issue resolution progress
3. Proactively coordinate with the required support team / end user to drive issue resolution
4. Resolve the Incidents within agreed SLA
5. Drive problem management (proactive and reactive)
