The Manager of Field Operations is responsible for managing neighborhood construction operations including leading a team of Neighborhood Construction Managers, customer and trade partner relations, quality control, budgeting, and safety standards. Responsibilities and Duties:Manage field operations staff including direct supervision of construction team to reach monthly and annual division goalsEnsure alignment to The Stanley Martin Way for construction and warranty process among both direct reports and trade partners enforcing standard operating procedures, risk management objectives, and construction best practices for field operationsChampion HB1 usage and ensure that the field teams are proficient and consistent users of the systemEstablish measurement tools and monitor them regularly (including regular field visits) to maintain construction excellenceMaintain a safety program among the team which meets OSHA standards and assures safety of employees and subcontractors Review post construction analysis to correct any problem trends and work to identify solutionsWork across the division on cost reduction programs while maintaining quality and customer satisfactionWork closely with sales leaders to ensure each neighborhood is maintaining a regular schedule of weekly team meetings and healthy team dynamics exist at each neighborhoodComplete all other duties as assigned by managerRepresent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communicationsAdhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environmentAdhere to and promote the Mission, Vision, and Values of Stanley Martin
