Commercial Sales Representative

Position: Outside Sales Representative

Status: Full Time

Pay: Salary Uncapped Commission

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Summary of Position:

• Develop customer relationships with existing commercial customers and prospects
• Inspect commercial site and provide estimate of the job costs to customers
• Set customer expectations and address the needs of customers
• Develop relationships with HVAC and Insurance partners
• Meet monthly individual sales quota
• Operate and maintain company vehicle

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, and kneel, bend, stand for extended periods

Experience Required: Basic computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word 1-3 years sales experience including business development, cold calling, direct sales
