Training is $13.00/hour. You will start earning commission immediately after training. Our average CSA makes $13.00 to $17/hour with weekly pay.

Schedule: Full-time available

What you’ll do:

· Answer inbound calls from customers to schedule our carpet cleaning jobs along with related products/services

· Recommend products based on customer needs

· Answer customer questions regarding products and services

· Obtain accurate order information from the customer

Stanley Steemer hires the highest quality individuals to serve our customers. Therefore, candidates will be required to pass a drug test and criminal background check. Saturday shifts may be required for this position. We also ask that you be within a commutable distance to Hampstead, NC. EOE

Experience:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Prior experience in a call center or office support environment strongly preferred

· Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities

· Must have a high attention to detail

· Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications

Education:

· High school or equivalent
