Position Summary:
As the General Manager, you will oversee all daily operations of our Omaha location, ensuring efficient service delivery, strong customer relationships, and a motivated team. You will drive operational excellence, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction while fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Hire, train, and develop employees to deliver high-quality service and exceed customer expectations.
- Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, fleet maintenance, and inventory to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Sales & Customer Relations: Drive local sales initiatives, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure exceptional service.
- Financial Performance: Manage budgets, control costs, and meet revenue and profitability targets.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in management, preferably in service, retail, or operations.

- Knowledge of fleet and inventory management is a plus.
