Position Overview:
The Business Analyst, Supply Chain is a key role in the Operational Excellence drive at Stanley supply chain and fulfillment. You will use your strong technical skills to collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various sources and share insights across our Supply Chain team. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on the data flows between multiple systems across our supply chain organization.
- Establish, track, and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s) related to Operational Excellence (Click to Deliver, OTIF, Returns, Damages, Inventory levels, Cost per Unit, Cost per Order, etc).
- Use data evaluation and presentation to assess current fulfillment processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and support enhancements to streamline operations.
- Drive insights into actions by working with cross-functional partners (i.e., Fulfillment, Planning, Transportation, Finance and IT teams).
- Work with IT team to ensure the seamless integration of our fulfillment systems and to maximize the utilization of these technologies.
- Assist in the evaluation, implementation, and integration of technology solutions to streamline information flow.
About You:
To excel in this role, you should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of supply chain and logistics operations.
You should also have:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- A proven history of collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to build dashboards, reports, and analyses.
- Experience in project management and exposure to process optimization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Education & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in either direct to consumer (DTC) or business to business (B2B) environments. Experience in both would be a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create dashboards, reports, and analyses by synthesizing data from multiple sources.
- Proficient with data visualization and analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with supply chain management platforms such as Oracle Cloud SCM and predictive data science tools such as Azure Data Bricks.
- Knowledge of distribution and logistics operations and exposure to process optimization. Comparable experience in manufacturing environments will also be considered.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors, such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
